3 Bedroom Villa, Pool, <200m from beach: Villa 135 is a new 3 double-bedroom villa (sleeps 6), with private swimming pool, less than 200m from the beach. Located on the waterfront in a private, quiet and peaceful estate with tennis court, restaurant (Sandals), ocean access and lagoon. Located only 3km from the Grand Ho Tram Casino and the Bluffs Championship Golf Course (No.74 in the world), Sanctuary is easily accessible from Ho Chi Minh City in about 1:30 to 1:45 (taking the HCMC - Long Thanh Expressway).
We are wife (Vietnamese) and husband (New Zealander) owner/operator of Villa 135. We love our property and the peace and quiet that Sanctuary offers. We were actually involved in the project very early on (2006) when we (our survey company) surveyed the site prior to the construction of Phase 1. Since then we have watch both Sanctuary and the Ho Tram area grow, while maintaining it's allure. We welcome you to enjoy your stay at Villa 135!
