We invite you to the comfortable, air-conditioned Apartment Esta Palm, ideal for both short and long-term stays. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a spacious living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Guests also have access to a terrace offering a picturesque view of the sea and mountains – a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The property is located close to the beach, making it a great base for lovers of sea bathing and seaside walks. A swimming pool for guests is located within the same complex, just 40 meters from the apartment. An additional convenience is the on-site washing machine, which makes the apartment perfect for longer stays. It is also possible to book your stay with breakfast – for an additional fee of 14e we will deliver fresh products to your door for self-preparation.
The Apartment Esta Palm property was opened in August 2023, and since then we have been welcoming guests with full commitment, ensuring their comfort and a pleasant stay. The apartment is located in one of the most convenient locations in Karaoğlanoğlu, just 150 meters from the sea and 250 meters from Karaoğlanoğlu Public Beach. In the immediate vicinity – within a radius of up to 250 meters – there are shops, restaurants, and a bus stop with minibuses running every 30 minutes to the center of Kyrenia, which is about 4 kilometers away. Getting to the center takes only 7 minutes. There is no shortage of attractions in the area – 1.2 km away is The Meyhane restaurant in Zeytinlik, and the apartment is 2.5 km from Kervansaray, where you can enjoy the Peri’s fish restaurant, a casino, and a beautiful beach. At a similar distance, you will also find the Amphora Diving Center and the Merit Park Hotel Casino & Spa complex. The popular Ezic Premier restaurant is just a few minutes’ drive away (4.5 km). Further trips may include visits to the historic Kyrenia Harbour Castle (4.5 km), Bellapais Abbey (10 km), St. Hilarion Castle (15 km), and even the historic ghost town of Varosha, located 78 km away. The nearest airport – Ercan – is 47 km from the apartment.
