Courtyard Long Beach - is the best complex in Long Beach district! Awards - in 30th of March 2019 complex received a prestigious award in Northern Cyprus Property NC Awards as "The best new project", as well as as "The Best investment Project". Briefly about the main thing: ▪️The apartment is located on the 0 floor with a view of the infrastructure (not the pool). ▪️ One-bedroom apartment with bathroom ▪️Fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: dishes, household appliances, air conditioning, linen, towels. ▪️Clean, bright and cozy, with a modern design. ▪️Terrace with furniture. ▪️Excellent location: 10 minutes walk to the sea. A magnificent apartment is located in a luxury location! After all, the Courtyard is in the first place among the residential complexes of the Long Beach area. This complex has a large outdoor swimming pool, a spa (with an indoor pool), a kindergarten, mini golf, a gym, a mini water park, a shop, a restaurant and cafe, a pub, equipment for outdoor sports. Yes, yes, and you can book without any problems right now!

The beach is located a 10-minute walk from the complex. Iskele has different cafes, restaurants, shops, markets. There are various interesting sights and places, architectural and historical buildings in this part of Northern Cyprus.
