Our two bedroom apartment is perfect for families and couples looking for a peaceful stay. Located in a quiet residential complex at the top of Çatalköy this apartment offers amazing sea and Mountain views. The complex has a large communal swimming pool with sun loungers and plenty of shaded areas. It is located on the top floor of a two storey building which is accessed via stairs. It offers two bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed a sofa bed suitable for a child. The other bedroom has two single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a living area with a TV, a bathroom with a shower, 2 large balconies with seating and a dining area. There is also WiFi and air con in all rooms. Due to the location of this property, a hire car is highly advisable. Local amenities are 5 minutes drive away, Girne town centre is 15 minutes drive away.
As a host, I love to make sure that my guests enjoy their stay and that they feel as comfortable as possible. I provide guests with tips and advice on what to do and where to go. I always provide a little welcome pack and greet my guests on arrival.
This property is located at the top of Catalkoy which has breathtaking views of the mountains, sea, pool and Kyrenia. There is a hiking path further up from the property. Local amenties are only a 5 minute drive down the mountain where you find restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. Chamada hotel, casino and beach club are only a 5 minute drive away.
