Penthouse in Lapta: A Cozy Coastal Retreat This beautifully furnished penthouse, completed in Spring 2024, is ideally situated in the charming town of Lapta, just a short walk from pristine beaches, cozy cafes, bars, and delightful restaurants. The property is only 20 minutes from Kyrenia city center and minutes from popular tourist attractions. The flat features two bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, one bathroom, a large balcony, and an expansive top terrace equipped with comfortable garden furniture. The kitchen is brand new and fully stocked with all necessary kitchenware. The living room and one of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, with the smaller bedroom benefiting from the living room's cooling and heating. As an added bonus, the owner provides a local guide with personalized suggestions, and support is available whenever needed. Nestled between the mountains and the sea, the penthouse enjoys refreshing breezes from both directions, offering breathtaking views.
