Damage Protection This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R600 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R7,500 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R5,000 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking. Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests. BOOKING POLICY: No last minute or same day bookings. New bookings can be accepted by latest 12pm the day prior to check-in. Your booking form MUST be submitted to us by latest 12pm the day prior to check-in with all the correct information along with ID copies of all guests 16 years and older. Late form submissions, additions and/or changes to a booking will result in your access being delayed. NOTE: This property has a no visitor policy (only registered guests will have access). No boats or jetskis permitted. Ubers/Taxis are not permitted to transport you around the estate (only permitted for an arrival or departure pick-up). No smoking is allowed inside, and no hubbly bubbly is allowed at any time. No parties, events or chefs/masseuses/etc. CLEANING: Included Monday to Saturdays excluding Public Holidays. LATE CHECK-INS In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. OUTSTANDING PROCESSES We require all outstanding processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350

Zimbali Coastal Resort is one of Ballito’s most prestigious assets. The magnificent 700-hectare residential resort rests on a pristine golf course that maximizes the natural landscape. The Zimbali Club House offers tennis and squash and has an ideal play area for children. There are also two swimming areas; The Bushbuck pools and The Valley of the pools - a collection of 5 swimming pools that overlook the Indian Ocean with wonderful panoramic views and access to the beach. There are many exciting activities to partake in such as quad biking, surfing, scuba diving and much more. The estate is home to many indigenous animals including a variety of buck and bird species. (Please note that some facilities/activities come at an additional cost which must be arranged and paid once within the estate). The estate is easily accessible and is a short 20-minute drive from King Shaka International Airport and a six-hour drive from Johannesburg. Golf carts are available to rent.
