18 PIONEER BNB is a beautiful Colonial style home set on 3 acres in Kloof--- Large Plane trees that are over 100 years old grace the driveway to the house,our resident guinea fowls and Peacock wander around the property happily. We are conveniently situated in the leafy suburbs of Kloof just 25 mins from Durban City centre,the ICC and the Durban beaches.We are 40 mins from King Shaka Airport.The BNB is 3 km from Pinetown,Westmead,New Germany and 20 mins from Hammarsdale and Cato Ridge.We are 5 mins from Thomas Moore School,10 Mins from ST Mary's school . 18 PIONEER BNB offers tasteful ,furnished , private accomodation.The guests have access to 2 lounges and a large open verandah We offer 5 double rooms ensuite,all have airconditioners,TV and free wi fi.There is a pool on the property and safe parking . 18 Pioneer bnb has been going for 10 years.All rooms have TV,Airconditioner and free wi fi is available throughout bnb. The bnb is owner managed and lives on the property. The bnb is 5 minutes from restaurants,Banks supermarkets and most amenities.Breakfast is included in the room rate and dinners are offered on request as an extra. The property is well secured .

Plenty of Restaurants close by--Kloof is still very much a village with lots of shops ,supermarkets and banks.Easy access to the M13 which will take you to where you want to go
