This is the benchmark of comfort and luxury in the building. 192 sqm Luxurious Penthouse overlooks the City in the heart of the Financial District. It is perfect for couples, small groups or families, and the only property with a Private Jacuzzi and Braai Stand on the 18th floor deck. Close to major freeways, Maboneng and the Braamfontein nightlife. A Walking distance to grocery stores, fruit markets and the Newtown Mall. Centrally located near Wits University & University of Johannesburg. High Security, Back-Up Electricity, Secure Basement Parking, Satellite TV and Netflix included.
I am a fun-loving but very driven individual. I own and run an Investment & Insurance Brokerage in Newtown. I am meticulous in everything I do and always stick to my word. I have travelled to many countries and lived abroad for 10 years in total. I still intend to travel more as soon as business allows. I believe in making a connection everywhere I go and with all people I come into contact with. I am generally in and around the building and am happy to spend some time with guests if they need anything in particular.
This is authentic Johannesburg and not the picture perfect North. This is the cultural heartland with a daily buzz. This is historic Joburg and close to lots of entertainment. This is the centre of the historical mining district and the FNB Bank City Precinct. Oriental Plaza in Fordsburg, Braamfontein and Maboneng are all a few blocks away from the property. Close to the Mall, Market Theatre, Nelson Mandela Bridge and both WITS & University of Johannesburg. Using Uber is the best way to get around Johannesburg to avoid traffic and landing up in unfamiliar areas. There is access to the Gautrain bus just outside the building and 5 minutes to the nearest underground train station.
