A serviced 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment situated on the edge of the St Luicia Estuary with views to the estuary through stunning estuarine forest where you can sit on the verandah and view the wildlife. Just a 5 minute drive to the gates to the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, a World Heritage Site, where you can view 4 of the big 5 and lions only a 45 minute drive away. Wonderful beaches only a 5 minute drive away and Cape Vidal only an hours drive through the park, arguably SA's best beach!
A retired businessman who owns another property at the complex and spends half the year abroad.
St Lucia is a unique town in a unique setting where wild animals roam through the streets and guests can enjoy the quality restaurants and bars and lovely shops and a market to browse through. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:~ Game drives Estuary hippo and croc spotting cruises Guided walks Whale watching from the shore or from boats (June to Dec) Sea turtle tours in November Zulu cultural tours Horse rides through the park and on the beach and lots more!
