Nestled in a private beach and fynbos estate and because it is SOLAR POWERED and OFF-GRID, Romansbaai offers guests the chance to relax, de-compress and enjoy the beauty of what the Cape whale coast has to offer, all whilst living in comfortable luxury. With 3 en suite rooms, this house is perfect for friends and families looking for a private getaway. Enjoy whale and dolphin watching, the beach, trails, wine farms, fresh seafood, restaurants and wildlife on your doorstep. Stroll down to a serene private beach less that 400m away. In their breeding season, whales frolic in the turquoise waters while white sand and lots of marine life make this a must-see beach. The estate is secure, safe and well managed with owners just a phone call away. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher and braai area for summer days. For colder days, enjoy the fireplace and warm woolen blankets are provided on each bed. Watch shooting stars on your back porch and indigenous fynbos greenery and wildlife all around you.
The nearby villages around Gansbaai provides lots of activities, from golfing (3km), whale watching, marine fishing, canoeing, sunset boat rides for the romantics. It also has a lovely harbour with fresh seafood caught daily. Stanford, only a 20min drive away is famous and boasts some of Western Cape's best restaurants and wine estates - one even boasts a Michelin star chef! Hermanus and all its attractions are a mere 20 km away. The mountains have lots of trails for those interested in cycling, running or horse back riding.
