The apartment has incredible sea views and is in a prime position . 100m north is the main beach with life guards ,south is "grannies pool" and there is great surfing in front. The unit is located in a well maintained apartment block with a garden, pool and outdoor barbecue area . With the amazing sea views, comes the opportunity to watch the dolphins go by daily and view whales in the winter months. Within walking distances to amazing restaurants ,bars and grocery stores .Take a walk or run along the beach promenade and enjoy the fresh sea air. The apartment has complimentary soap, toilet tissue and tea/coffee on arrival. Bath towels are provided, please remember your beach towels. Full cleaning service provided. The unit has a large smart screen TV including ,DSTV channels (paid channels) in the living area, as well as a smart TV in the main bedroom. WiFi in the apartment is provided free of charge. The apartment block has elevators to ensure easy access to the apartment. Park your car in the undercover parking provided and enjoy the freedom of access to all amenities. A maximum of 12 people (including guests staying) are permitted in the flat at any one time.
Welcome to our holiday home. We are thrilled that the apartment has recently been upgraded and is now truly luxurious. It has all the appliances required to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Enjoy the numerous restaurants and great shopping opportunities (including cinemas and children entertainment areas) at the shopping malls nearby. There are of course swimming beaches, fishing and surfing spots all on your doorstep. An animal farm is nearby and further south, situated in Durban, is Ushaka (waterpark and aquarium). The King Shaka International Airport is 20 minutes drive and easily accessible from Ballito. Should you wish to visit South Africa's famous game reserves with the Big 5, Ballito is a great stop over to add on to your experience.
