41 on Essenhout offers comfortable overnight or holiday accommodation with private entrances for two guest units on the owner's premises in Hoekbaai, Vleesbaai in the Western Cape province of South Africa. Both units have ocean views. This property offers guests a choice between a 1-bedroom flatlet that accommodates two adults and two children and a private guest room with a capacity of two guests. The guest room is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the flatlet has a queen size bed in a separate bedroom and a double sleeper couch in the lounge. All units have en-suite bathrooms equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The flatlet also features a kitchenette equipped with a gas plate, microwave, bar fridge, toaster, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Tea and coffee trays and bar fridges are available in the guest room. There is a private braai area with seating for guests who have booked the flat. A laundry room is available on request at an extra cost. The location of this property is just 400 m from the beach and parking is available.

We are a middle aged couple currently living in Pretoria, South Africa. Our property in Vleesbaai has three units that can be rented out. We have a lovely manager that lives close to the property. We love travelling ourselves and therefore know exactly what guests want!

Hoekbaai is a quiet area in Vleesbaai, a small and safe coastal town close to Mossel Bay in the Western Cape province of South Africa. We have lovely ocean views and are within easy walking distance of the beach. Vleesbaai has a small convenience store for everything a guest may need as well as petrol and diesel pumps. Hansie & Grietjie road stall is a small restaurant conveniently located a few hundred meters from the main entrance to Vleesbaai and offers light meals from 08:00 until 17:00 daily. A scrumptious three course home cooked lunch is available every Sundays (bookings essential). Vleesbaai is about 35 kms from Mossel Bay with easy access to two shopping malls and lots of coffee shops in town. Botlierskop (for game drives and spa treatments) as well as the Garden Route Game Reserve is an easy drive from Vleesbaai and Jakkalsvlei Winery offers wine tasting with five star food.
