Property information

A stunning 7 bedroom house in a very special beachfront location. Wake up to these views, have your coffee on the beach, go for a morning swim in the tidal pool, soak up the sea air & sun, then finish off your day with a braai overlooking the beach & breakers. Everything that makes a magical seaside holiday is at your door….no doubt this RnR holiday home will make for a memorable holiday. The house features seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge with television, an eight-seater dining table, and a large deck with an infinity pool, braai facilities, and outstanding views. Easy walk to the main Tinley Manor beach and tidal pool Cleaning can be arranged for an additional R200 per day and must be booked prior to arrival. The cost will be deducted off your breakage deposit. A refundable breakage deposit of R 5000 is required 14 days prior to arrival

Neighbourhood information

The beautiful sea views and beaches at Tinley Manor will take your breath away. The wonderful aspect of the still quaint village of Tinley Manor is that you really can leave behind the bustle of development that is Ballito and in its turn, Sheffield Beach. The beach is still lined with indigenous coastal forest, mongoose and even some buck, and Vervet monkeys dart about. While it still manages to elude development, take advantage to really get away from it all. On the southern boundary of Tinley Manor is a wonderful lagoon which opens into the Indian Ocean. There is abundant bird life on the waters and the lagoon also provides a safe venue for paddle-skiers and wind-surfers. Tinley Manor is in the process of establishing a lifesaving club to ensure the main beach is safe-guarded. To the north is the Umhlali Ski Boat Club launch site for local deep-sea fishermen. Tinley Manor is also home to a superb restaurant which has built up an enviable reputation for quality, spicy Indian cuisine and a most hospitable atmosphere.
