ONE BEDROOM SELF CATERING APARTMENT/FLAT 8 ON MAIN Downstairs is a lovely open plan lounge area with 32"TV (decoder with full DSTV premium package) with two sofa's, dining room table and chairs, kitchen area has a sink, gas/electric hob, microwave and electric oven, and fridge/freezer. Equipped with all utensils and crockery. There is also a single bed in the lounge area. Upstairs is a loft bedroom accessed via staircase with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and dressing table and stool, plus floor fan and en-suite bathroom (shower only). Bed linen, bath towels are provided. Free wifi. Regret no smoking allowed indoors. Outside patio area with garden table and chairs plus Webber for BBQ’s charcoal only no wood allowed. Suitable for a couple or one or two singles. Off street parking. Regret apartment has no views but just a short walk down the road, 400 meters away and you are on the sand dunes and 600 meters takes you right onto the beach.
We live on the property in the main house but respect your privacy and you have the back of the property as your own area.
Witsand/Port Beaufort is well known for its tranquil and beautiful surroundings. In winter the farm fields come alive with the most spectacular display of yellow Canola flowers and in the bay the whales return. The area offers year round activities such as put-put, fishing, canoeing, kite and wind surfing. Quiet roads for cycling, running and walking. There are 4 restaurants ranging from 600 meters to 2,5 kilometres away. 2 local shops (they stock just about everything) plus a lovely “market/craft” shop. We also have a local hairdresser and a beauty therapist.
