The precinct has large swimming pool and manicured communal green area, close to the actual greens of the golf course itself. The Estate offers Modern Golf Estate living, World-class security and Lock up and go living. In addition: A gym, squash courts, tennis courts, pools, running paths, golf facilities, a premier 18-hole golf course, 164 hectares of open space and a modern clubhouse and restaurants. The unit is overlooking hole no. 10
I am a mom of 1 with Interests in golf and tennis. I reside only 20 minutes away from the estate. Therefore, i am able to come quick if there are challenges.
• Central position close to shopping malls • Close to Northgate and Malibongwe Drive • Close to N14 Highway (Krugersdorp Highway) and N1 Highway • Easy access to Lanseria Airport
