Situated in Parsons Hill, within walking distance to Collegiate Schools, Greenacres Shopping and Netcare Greenacres hospital and only 2km away from the Newton Park Swimming Pool, Life Mercantile Hospital and the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, this makes it the ideal location for any visitors to the city for sport and medical reasons. The unit comes with a lock-up garage and is securely tucked away, separate from the main house. It has a private entrance and a sunny deck area to relax. Should you so wish we can offer facilities to braai. The kitchen comes with an air fryer and the usual, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and hotplate. Coffee, tea sugar and milk is complimentary as well as some basic groceries eg, salt pepper and cooking oil. Food delivery from Mr Delivery or any grocery stores through the “Checkers 60/60” or “PicknPay asap” apps, could reach one witin an hour. Numerous restaurants are and coffee shops are close by. The living room offers comfortable seating and TV with full DStv. A single bed in the living area is available for a third guest or child as well as a camping got on request. The bathroom offers a shower, basin and toilet and toiletries are included. During loadshedding we have back-up lights and internet supply.
We love to make people feel at home and comfortable. We want the apartment to feel like a "home away from home" and for our guests to love their stay with us.
A sure favourite for visitors to Gqeberha( Port Elizabeth ) to attend sporting activities or medical appointments We are situated within walking distance to Collegiate Schools, Netcare Greenacres Hospital and only 2km away from the Newton Park Swimming Pool, Life Mercantile Hospital and the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, this makes it the ideal location for any visitors to the city for sport and medical reasons. The beachfront is a mere 10-15 minutes drive away and many other tourist attractions could be reached within a short drive - eg Addo Elephant Park is a 70km drive away.
