About this property

Nestled on the foothills of the Mariepskop Mountains in the Blyde River Canyon area and 25 km outside of Hoedspruit, Amafu Forest Lodge offers a rim-flow pool and restaurant. The Orpen Gate to Kruger National Park is 60 km from the property. The lodge offers well-appointed cottages and tented accommodation. Each comes with kitchen facilities, seating area and private bathroom. Guests can enjoy mountain and garden view from the room. Amafu Forest Lodge has an alfresco bar and the restaurant serves local cuisine. Guests can relax by the fire at the Boma. Barbecues can be organised. Activities in the surrounding areas include mountain biking, hiking and river rafting on the Blyde River. The Moholoholo Animal Rehabilitation Centre is 5 km away.
