The apartment was built in 2005 and is a family run business. It is situated in the quiet picturesque suburb of Randpark. It has a golf course within walking distance of the apartment, and guests can take nice walks in the quiet boomed off area. The apartment is well appointed for self catering, with a full equipped kitchen all equipment, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen / dining-room and a bathroom with a toilet & shower. It has direct access from the street into the secure lock up garage. Upstairs are two well appointed bedrooms the main bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom 2 x 3/4 twin beds. Both bedrooms lead onto the luxury bathroom which is fitted with bath, shower, basin, bidet & toilet. Upstairs is also the lounge area with a balcony. The apartment has full DSTV bouquet as well as wireless internet connection. The apartment has stairs so is unsuitable for disabled persons, and very young children have to be supervised.
The owners are Karin & Domenic Quarta who have been living in the area for 34 years. Domenic was in the hospitality industry & speaks English, Italian & a little German. Karin was also in the hospitality industry & speaks English, Afrikaans & Dutch. Karin's hoppy is ceramics of which there are a few items on display in the apartment.
The apartment is situated in the quiet suburb of Randpark and has easy access to most places of interest such as Sandton City, Mandela Square, Rosebank, Montecasino and Johannesburg CDB. It also has easy access to the N1 highway which connects Johannesburg to Pretoria, Durban and surrounding places. It is 3km from Cresta Shopping centre which has full banking facilities, cinemas and restaurants & all the major shops & supermarkets. . It is 2 Km from Rhema Ministry Church, and also very close to the Coca Cola Dome in Northgate.
