Breaker views! This spacious comfortable apartment is right on the beach in Salt Rock with paddling pools to the right and the main Salt Rock swimming beach to the left.
Ideal for families with kids. Relax on the patio, breathe in the sea air while listening to the sounds of the breakers below and keeping a lookout for dolphins playing in the waves.
Direct access to the beach and a pool in the complex.
This apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is an en-suite master bedroom with an king size bed leading onto the patio. The second bedroom is a queen en-suite and the 3rd bedroom has two bunk beds and so is more suited for children. Because the apartment is situated in a quiet, family friendly complex, no more than 6 people unless part of a family/families with small kids. No pets are allowed as per the body corporate rules.
At the back of the apartment there is a TV lounge with uncapped Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.
The open plan living area starts with a kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. There is an additional drinks fridge outside the kitchen. From here the view of the sea will lure you through a dining room, a lounge, an indoor patio dining room and then out to the patio overlooking the beach.
The flat is comfy and spacious and has everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. And it's right on the beach!!
