The 5KW battery backup inverter system provides a safeguard to load shedding, 100mb wifi for seamless connectivity & vibrant artworks for immersive experience.

The perfect location near to all trendy cafes, pubs, restaurants and local attractions including the main Hout Bay beach front being walking distance. The property has 2 parking spots as well as guest parking inside a secure estate should you have your own vehicle. If not all of the trendy things to do are walking distance as well as the hop on, hop off bus stop.
