The perfect entertainer's holiday house in the heart of Sandbaai. This farm-style home offers ample entertainment areas for winter breaks, with a large indoor wood-burning fireplace, endless dinner table seating, two lounges, one with a pool table, and a sociable open plan kitchen. For summer breaks, enjoy the covered patio with gas braai, the sun deck, or follow the short path down to the beach. Sleeping 13, this house is ideal for large families, or groups of friends looking for a sociable weekend away. REGRETFULLY NO PETS ALLOWED STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. A R 1000 PENALTY WILL BE CHARGED. You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbors. No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculate or undergraduate students allowed.

Sandbaai is just a few minutes’ drive from Hermanus CBD and two shopping centers, one of which is the new Whale Coast Mall, where there is a large variety of shops, including Checkers, Woolworths and Woolworths Food, Dis-Chem, a deli, restaurants, etc. Short drive to the popular Hemel & Aarde wine route and Farmer's markets.
