The unit is in walking distance to Lucien main beach. Lucien Beach is a superb Blue Flag beach. Very peaceful. Unit is 1 of only 11 in the complex. Unit has a gas braai on the balcony but charcoal braais can be accessed downstairs in the communal area Very close to most shops so if you don't have transport you can walk or you can catch the local bus or call for a uber
