Newly renovated studio apartment in quiet suburb of Claremont, centrally located in Cape Town with stunning views of Table Mountain. The studio has a full fitted kitchen, en suite bathroom with shower, lounge space with large TV and patio overlooking the mountain. There is secure offstreet parking at the property.
Hi, I'm Bruce your host. I am 54 years old and am a qualified chartered accountant. I live in the main house which adjoins the studio apartment so I'm around to assist if you need help during your stay. I love cycling, hiking and skiing.
Claremont is a quiet suburb area centrally located in Cape Town. From here it is 15 minutes drive to the centre of Cape Town, 20 minutes to the beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton, 15 minutes to Muizenberg beach, and 10 minutes to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Keurboom park is just 100m from the studio which is great for a walk or run.
