Property information

A design studio suite on owner's property in a wildlife conservation area bordering Kruger National Park. Take a seat on the patio and enjoy bush serenity watching game as kudu, zebra, girafe, wildebeest... roaming freely. Just relax ! This self catering studio is 50m² and is fully equipped : Dining and lounge area, queen size bed extra length, a bathroom with large walk in shower, a big wardrobe, a kitchenette with all you need to cook (gaz hob, nespresso and french press coffee machine, kettle, microwave, etc) The patio is 30m² with a covered outside dining area, BBQ and adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the bush view. You will have access to a large pool that you might, once in a while, share with the owners when at home. The house has a solar battery backup system to avoid loadsheddings.

Neighbourhood information

Marloth Park is a wildlife sanctuary situated on the southern boundary of the Kruger National Park. (Approximately 420 kilometers from Johannesburg). Marloth has its own wildlife and boasts four of the big five with the exception of elephant , however as the Crocodile River forms the boundary between Marloth Park and the Kruger National Park you are lightly to spot elephants playing in the river.
