Tranquil, secured Colbyn is situated within walking distance of the Urology hospital and Gautrain station. The area is ideal for medical, business appointments and sports events. You'll stumble across several lovely cafés, restaurants, antique shops and major shopping centers. Excellent location for TUKS, LC de Villiers sports grounds, DIRCO, embassies, hospitals, Union Buildings and Loftus Versveld. Pretoria’s best golf courses are all within a 7-15 km radius. Easy access to N1 & N4 freeways.
The space This modern, spacious Colbyn apartment is filled with character and warmth. It offers a private open-plan bedroom and lounge area with an en-suite bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen and is perfectly laid out to accommodate your every need. Relax in this stand alone apartment and enjoy full access to a 43” smart tv with Netflix and free Wi-Fi. The apartment opens up into a braai area with covered porch and stunning swimming pool. Secured parking. We provide tea, coffee and milk upon your arrival. Daily cleaning service can be provided during week days at a fixed tariff. Linen will be changed once a week for long-term guests.
Colbyn is secure, tranquil, quiet and close to all local amenities. It is one of a few suburbs in Gauteng NOT effected by load shedding. The peaceful streets with limited traffic flow and huge old Jacaranda trees will make your daily run or stroll a joyful experience.
