This second-floor sea-view apartment is set in a vibrant location and features a spacious balcony overlooking the garden, pool area, sea, and the distant Outeniqua Mountains. The apartment has two bedrooms with a total of five beds—perfect for a family getaway. The open-plan kitchen and living area lead out to the balcony, which is equipped with a three-burner gas braai. There are also open wood-fire braai areas available in the garden. A 2x2 m umbrella on the balcony provides shade for elderly guests who prefer to relax and enjoy the view rather than swim in the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. Directly opposite the apartment is a large water play park featuring various water features and slides for children to enjoy. For guests with limited mobility, there is a beautiful on-site swimming pool for cooling off. Several game parks are located within a 25 km radius of the apartment. Daily boat trips are available around Robben Island, and fishing enthusiasts can book deep-sea trips or catch line fish directly from the beach. De Valle 35 is within walking distance of many attractions. The area surrounding Mossel Bay also offers numerous game farms, and guests can book scuba diving excursions. Hiking trails are very popular in the region. De Valle is conveniently located not far from the famous Cango Caves and the ostrich farms of Oudtshoorn.

The apartment is situated in an upmarket area which is very safe and close to shopping centres and other businesses.You don't only see the sea ,but you can hear it from your sleeping room.You have a magnificent view from the very spacious balcony where you can enjoy a braai with the family.Three hotels is in close vicinity with beachfront bars and restaurants.The beach area is of pure sand with no rocks or obstacles. Fishing is allowed . Dogs are allowed on the beach too.Several competions is held at Diazbeach from time to time ,such as Ironman competion aswell as other racing boat competions. Pleasure boat trips can be taken on a daily basis around Robbe island which is also in eyesite from de Valle's balcony.A very long zipline sliding over the waves at The Point in Mosselbay is a big attraction to tourists.
