Recently refurbished 5 bedroom, double story home. Comes with daily cleaner (week days only). 300m from Ballito main beach. 450m from restaurants and bars. Ample parking for approx 5 cars in secure driveway. Garden and Pool with trampoline and swing for the kids. Alarm, electric fencing, panic buttons and beams. Electric gate Dishwasher Washing machine Microwave etc Gas stove Invertor powers the house during loadshedding
We come from a hotel background so your stay will be comfortable and homely.
Safe and quiet neighborhood. A stones throw away from the beaches and promenade as well as loads of amazing restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors! Kwik Spar and Tops bottle store less than 500m away.
