This is stylish open plan living, bright and cool on hot summer days, well protected from the Cape South Easter and, with double glazing, the house is comfortable all year round. No worries with loadshedding either as solar power covers all your needs. Within walking distance of the beach. Exterior windows and doors are double glazed keeping the house warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. There is an air conditioner all bedrooms and in the open plan lounge area for hot summer days. The patio is fully enclosed and becomes a wonderful sunroom in winter. In summer, by opening the stacking glass doors, you can turn it into an open plan entertainment area leading out onto the garden and pool. The patio has a braai which you can enjoy year round Relax in the entertainment area created by the open plan dining room and lounge, chill on the couches, eat at the 8 seater dining table with family and friends, listen to music or watch movies on the flatscreen TV.
I am an active 70 year old, enjoy travel and golf and I am married and have three adult sons, and two adorable grandsons
The house is 5 mins away from the sandy beaches of Bloubergstrand, which offer some of the most iconic views of Table Mountain. Blouberg is recognised as a premier kite surfing destination, attracting water sport enthusiasts from around the globe. In addition to its natural beauty, Blouberg has a vibrant local culture with diverse restaurants, cafes and shops which makes our house the perfect destination for your family’s vacation. Please note that loud music and parties are not allowed. The house is in a quiet residential area, managed by a neighbour.
