This property is situated on Marine Drive, Ocean View, Bluff, in a quiet residential area overlooking Garvies Beach, with stunning uninterrupted sea views and only the green belt between you and the beach. Enjoy your early morning coffee watching the sun appear over the horizon, the dolphins playing in the surf and the sound of waves crashing on the beach. The design is modern, minimilistic open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. Kitchen fully equiped with touch button ceran hob, micro wave/griller and a combi fridge/freezeer, and all the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery. The bedroom consists of 2 x 3/4 size beds. There is a service area which has a washing machine, drying rack, open hanging rail and cupboard for your clothes. Parking is available and own transport is recommended. We are 40 minutes from King Shaka airport, 20 minutes to Durban central and uShaka Marine Park, 20 minutes south to the Galleria shopping mall and 10 minutes to the local shopping malls.
Peter and Yvonne are nature lovers and enjoy sailing, meeting new people and anything to do with the ocean.
We are situated in a quiet suburb on the Bluff, known as Ocean View, Durban South. Along this section of Marine Drive the sea views are exceptional. To get around own transport is recommended, unless you are a regular UBER user. All the main supermarkets, take-aways and shopping centres are easily accessible.
