Welcome to thisrefreshing, and bright double-story home that offers a charming and simplistic living space with uninterrupted sea views. Walking distance to the breath-taking White sand beach in Saldanha Bay. As you step inside, you will immediately feel the warmth and love that this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home exudes. This home boasts not just one, but two lounges, each offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, providing the perfect spaces to unwind and relax and a fireplace on the ground floor. The dining room is thoughtfully designed to bask in the sunlight, creating a warm and inviting ambiance for shared meals and lively conversations. Adjacent to it, the cozy kitchen with a small scullery allows the chef in the family to prepare delicious meals while engaging with loved ones in the dining room. The five bedrooms provide ample space for your family, and one of them can easily be transformed into a home office or study, perfect for remote work or focused study sessions. (2 Bedroom upstairs and 2 downstairs.) The three bathrooms cater to different preferences, with one offering a full bath, another featuring an en-suite (main bedroom).
