It's imperative to note that Important Terms and Conditions Apply to ALL Reservations made at the Property. While a comprehensive list will be provided with confirmation of your reservation, the following key points apply: - The home strictly accommodates 8 guests. Upon booking, ALL guests are required to provide proof of identification for all guests staying at the home. - Visitors are strictly prohibited without prior approval being granted by the property's owners. - Guests are required to sign a Holiday Rental Agreement for the duration of their visit. The agreement covers any unforeseen damages and will be signed in person upon guests arrival. - Guests are required to pay a ZAR 20,000.00 Refundable Security Deposit which must reflect in the bank account provided, prior to arrival. - Lymegrove Beach Villa is situated in a residential neighbourhood. Understandably, there is a strict "NO Parties/Events, Visitors and/or Noise" policy which extends to functions such as luncheons, baby showers, and hen or stag parties. - This property is maintained by a security company. Guests who do not adhere to the property's Rental Agreement and House Rules will be politely asked to vacate the premises without any refund. - Daily cleaning/laundry services can be arranged at an additional cost.

An incredible property in the most prestigious part of Umdloti with unparalleled views, it suits discerning travellers & families wanting to create memories in the charming and affluent seaside village of Umdloti. This contemporary 3-storey home comprises 4 bedrooms & 7 bathrooms. The glorious primary suite is furnished with a king-size bed. Its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath & showers, and leads onto an incredible deck with deckchairs for soaking up the sun while taking in the glorious sea views. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds & en-suite bathrooms. The en-suite 4th bedroom has 2 single beds. The main living area offers panoramic views of the Ocean & includes a lounge, dining area, guest bathroom & kitchen (please note that the floating fire place is not accessible to guests). The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering & features a gas stove & large scullery area. Both lounges are furnished with comfortable couches, with the informal lounge serving as the TV room. The view can be enjoyed from the 2nd living area's mezzanine level, which boasts expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows showcasing the indigenous garden behind the home. It leads onto a beautiful deck with seating area overlooking the pool. This home can be rented as a full house, or 2 single bedroom suites, which are available on a seasonal basis.

Neighbourhood information

Umdloti's a charming seaside town located between Umhlanga & Ballito, at the mouth of the Mdloti River. It’s a coastal conservancy, with surrounding fields of sugar cane & indigenous forests. The area is a prime location for various wildlife sightings, including whales, dolphins & bird species. Lymegrove Beach Villa’s situated in the more prestigious South side of Umdloti, often referred to as the "Llandudno of Durban.” Selection Beach is a residential suburb with a proper community feel. Its beaches are clean, safe and feature beautiful rock pools perfect for small kids to play in. Another huge plus for Umdloti visitors is virtually exclusive access to this pristine stretch of coastline and amazing bush walks. Umdloti is a lovely beach village, and home to some of KZN's top restaurants such as Tightline, Bel Punto and Mundo Vida. There are various supermarkets, hairdressers, pharmacies and other beach life related shops on the seafront, and Dischem, Woolies and Mug and Beach can be found in the nearby Salta Mall. While guests can safely walk to shops and restaurants, the local Spar supermarket and Checkers 60 also deliver groceries to the area.
