Company information

I want to ensure that I am providing my guests with the best possible experience and to make sure all their needs have been thought of and provided for, in order for them to have the most relaxing and fun time away. In my time away from my full time job as a Financial Manager and running Footprints with my manager Arlick. I am an avid dog lover and am currently training and competing with my Golden Retriever, Twista.

Property information

Footprints is situated in the country on in the outskirts of the Cradle of Humankind 10 minutes away from Lanseria Airport and is self catering accommodation. The property consists of a fully equipped chalet with queen size bed, lounge, kitchen and full bath ideal for a long stay over. We also have another four large rooms - one King size with two single beds and one double and the balance queen size beds with heat and eat facilities and beautiful en-suite bathrooms. There is a communal kitchen with a large fridge and freezer and gas stove. The rooms are all furnished with high end furniture and comfortable bedding. The special effect ceilings we have installed offer a touch of luxury and when you have a bath you can relax to a choice of coloured effects from the bulkheads. The inverter and solar system keeps the lights, TV and Wifi (unfortunately not Fibre and can be temperamental )on during load shedding but it should be noted that during power outages lasting hours the inverter has limited capacity. Water is supplied via borehole and pressure pump also running off solar and the inverter. This property has two beautiful pools - the indoor one is heated but it should be noted it is not a hot tub and the temperature can vary between 28 - 35 degrees. There are firepits, large garden chess set and trampoline set in a lovely garden and each room has its own patio. Please check the options on the website to see full details and pictures of the accommodation. This property is for people looking for peace and tranquility in the beautiful Cradle. We ask our guests to respect the ambience and keep noise levels down. Footprints is located close to many popular wedding venues including Toadbury Hall, Valverde and Oakfield Farm to name just a few. Our closest shop is the Spar at the Hertford Centre with Cradlestone, Broadacres and Fourways Mall and about 10 minutes away.

We are 7km away from Lanseria International Airport. Nestled in the Cradle of Humankind. There are plenty of lovely restaurants and entertainment amenities in the area. Rhino and Lion Park, Neck and Deck Restaurant with loads of fun for children. Skerkfontein caves. Many wedding venues. The list is endless
