A quiet hideaway in a beautiful neighbourhood close to wine farms, a nature reserve, and 15min from the beach. The space is within walking distance from Vergelegen, Lourensford, and Morgenster wine farms. It is also close to Erinvale golf course and hotel/spa. Solar panels provide power and the internet is always on.
I’m a nature lover who enjoys staying fit outdoors. Our busy household is filled with laughter, sports equipment and books. What I love most is our view of the Mountains that changes with the seasons.
Morningside is known for its beautiful trees that host many birds of prey and you can spot Owls during dusk and dawn. It is perfect for walks and the many athletes that use the flat roads to exercise are friendly. The neighbourhood is patrolled by local homeowners every evening to ensure that suspicious behaviour by outsiders are reported promptly to the security companies and Police. Morningside is thus a very safe neighbourhood and petty crimes are rare.
