Property information

We designed the Villa in such a way to take in all the surrounding natural beauty. You can enjoy the morning sunshine on your private terrace in LIONS HEAD SUITE and TABLE MOUNTAIN SUITE, by lunchtime the natural reed pergolas will ensure you can relax in comfort on the terrace or at the pool. In winter the high overhangs allow the northerly sun to flood into the bedrooms. The mix of natural products such as sandstone wall cladding, limestone tiles, warm oak flooring and exposed copper taps combine sophistication with easy beach living. The Suites are light and airy, and decorated with antique French romance in mind, Carved wooden furnishings, antique finials, and nostalgic soft furnishings give the suites a soothing warmth. This is an easy, relaxed environment where guests can feel at home.

Neighbourhood information

Bakoven, named after a rock shaped like a baking oven, is the quiet south west corner of Camps Bay. You don't need a car here. You can pick up the paper and groceries at Camps Bay Continental, have a great breakfast and cappuccinos at Bootlegger Coffee Shop and Restaurant. Stroll to the secluded Bakoven and Beta beaches, or swim in the tidal pool. Have dinner at the No1 rated Hussar Grill, or a 10 minute walk takes you into the action of the bars, restaurants and theatre. Bakoven is a wonderful neighbourhood.
