This newly built home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a large open plan living area with indoor braai/barbeque area and pool table, that leads to an outside patio. The house is situated close to Kleinbaai Harbour where all the shark cage diving boats goes out to sea. There are many activities available close to the property like fishing, winetasting, biking, hiking, shopping and golfing. White sandy beaches are also closeby. Yet the house is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to these activities.
