An authenticity style of a Modern fully equipped Holiday house and a self-catering one bedroom cottage with double bed, living area and fully equipped Kitchen ( at a separate extra fee) meets the tranquil splendour living, fitted with solar system, a JoJo tank and double garage, 3 bedrooms ( 1 king size bed with sleeper couch, 1 double bed and smaller room with 2 single beds), bathroom/toilet and 2 on suite showers/ toilets then relaxing on a equipped patio and pool, with stunning view of the sea, a walk away from beach and Pennington Ski boat club, for great Lunches or dinners and to down the more thirsty throats... Less than an hour's drive from Durban, located to enjoy a peaceful clean South Coast experience.

Pennington is a small popular coastal town on the South Coast of Kwa-Zulu- Natal, South African, named after the family Richard Pennington who began farming the area in the late 19th century. Apart from a large sugarcane, fruit, forestry and dairy farming industry. It is home to the magnificent Umdoni Park, 200 hectare sanctuary of breathtakingly beautiful indigenous coastal forest that can be enjoyed on a walk, park run or on horseback. Golfers are spoilt for the two renowned golf courses, Umdoni Country Club and Selbourne Park Golf Estate, each with its own distinct character. Pennington Beach is clean refreshing popular spot with nature lovers, who enjoy whale and dolphin watching from the seafront Kiosk deck. For the more adventures at heart, go scuba diving on the world renowned Aliwal Shoal or bungee jumping at Oribi Gorge.
