The building is 110 years old, and the decor, fittings, and furnishings are authentic to the original home, but have a modern touch. The house offers three bedrooms with bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room, as well as a few modern features: wifi, air conditioning, heating and television. The rear of the house features a private entertainment area with a swimming pool and a dining area with built-in fireplace/barbeque.
