The Kunsvilla is owned by a well-known artist and his gallery and studio is found on the same property. Durbanville is like a wagon wheel with Kunsvilla being the axel and with all attractions, landmarks etc. found spread like the spokes of the wheel around the axel. Cape Town International airport 23.3km. V&A Waterfront 34.1km. Babylonstoren 28.5km. Spice Route 30.9km Franschhoek 54km. Situated centrally. Within walking distance beautiful park. Mediclinic 1.2km. Restaurants, coffee shops and shopping centres 2km. Several well known wine farms, conference and wedding venues Groot Phesantekraal 3.9km, Diemersdal 4.8km, Goedgeleven 6.6km, Eensgezind 11.8km, Meerendal 7.7km, Durbanville Hills 12.7 km, Famous Majik Forest 6.6km, and De Boer Theatre 2.2km. .
