This exclusive property offers breathtaking and endless lagoon & sea views, comfortable furnishings idyllic surroundings and a private little beach. It is located 1.4kms from Langebaan Main Beach and Lagoon , and 1.3kms from the Langebaan Yacht Club if you are a boating or Kite Surfing fanatic. The villa is well equipped with all self-catering amenities, and is perfect for a weekend getaway in either the Summer or Winter months. It offers 4 Bedrooms and an outside flatlet – You will love this charming, warm, cosy and inviting property. The delightful kitchen, living and dining area have plenty of daylight for summer days along with a lovely fire place in the colder months. The panoramic views of the lagoon are spectacular! Our location is within minutes of Langebaan Lagoon and the many activities on offer including Kite & Windsurfing, Sailing, Fishing, Walking, and the West Coast National Park where you can bird watch, mountain bike, or visit the exquisite Kraalbaai. The Yacht Club and boat launching facilities are 1.3kms away Langebaan Central with all its lovely quirky little shops is within 1.5 kms The Club Mykonos resort with its Harbour and Casino is 7 kms away.
