Belinda is passionate about good service and making our guests feel at home. She loves people and animals. With having grown up in Clarens and inheriting the guest house from "Mr Clarens", Bruce Weyer, Belinda is strongly connected to Clarens and all the town has to offer. She believes in continuing the father's legacy of promoting Clarens as a prime and safe tourist destination for both local and international guests.

WHAT MAKES LAKE CLARENS GUEST HOUSE INTERESTING AND LOVED BY ALL PROPERTY LOCATION: At the entrance of Clarens, Jewel of the Free State, South Africa.The guest House has a beautiful view of the well known Mount Horeb and the dam. Three minutes safe walking distance from the centre of town. The Guest House is a hundred year old hand dressed sand stone building with lots of atmosphere. There is a restaurant and child play park on the premises. Guests have breakfast outside on the patio (weather permitting) with a scrumptious breakfast and a lovely view over the dam and the mountains. The gardens are lovely and well kept and it is a joy for guests to sit under the trees and enjoy the view, read, or have something to drink or eat. Was rated as Guest House of the year in South Africa in 2009 and 2010 by a competition run by a national magazine. SITUATED: 17 kilometers from the Golden Gate National Park 3 hours drive from Oliver Tambo Airport, Johannesburg 4 hours drive to Durban 3 hours drive to Bloemfontein
