Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (both bedrooms are en-suite) apartment, within 1-2 minute walking distance to the famous Strand beach. The apartment building boasts a communal pool and braai area, secure parking and a separate laundry area. The Palms is centrally located and is 25 minutes from the airport and Stellenbosch winelands and within 30 minutes to Cape Town. The large Somerset Mall is also located close by (10 minutes). A perfect weekend get-away or family holiday. There is a second apartment (1 floor up) that is also available for holiday accommodation and features the same layout and sleeps 4 additional guests. Perfect for 2 families wishing to take a vacation together. Please note that booking both apartments needs to be secured in advance as they are booked independently on bookings website. Please message Natasha for more details about this option.
Welcome to the Palms in Strand. Ideally located very close to the beach and all other amenities. Your host, Natasha, will be there to greet and show you around the apartment and nearby facilities and will be able to answer most questions about the area.
The Palms is situated 1 minute walking distance to the Strand beach. A very popular restaurant "Ben's on the beach" is also within walking distance. Many more popular restaurants are situated on the Strand beach front road. The Somerset Mall is located very close by as is other shopping centers. The Strand Golf Club is approximately 5 min drive and there are numerous other golfing facilities close by. There is one secure underground parking bay allocated to the apartment and numerous other off-road parking bays within the complex. Local taxis and ubers are available.
