Modern Penthouse on 4th floor with unparallel views across the bay facing Cape Town, Table Mountain, Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island. The property has every item one could imagine from an air fryer to washer/dryer combo, built braai with views as far as the eye can see , lift, fast uncapped internet and large smart television, airconditioning, Netflix and a very welcoming swimming pool

Neighbourhood information

Safe and secure, a casual minute stroll to the beachfront is safe, all hours of the day whether that be early morning, afternoon or evening. The building is situated in the perfect location between the main road yet far enough you won't hear it and the beachfront and so peace and quiet is permanent yet close enough to get to within a minute. Blouberg has arguably the best view in the world and this unit being top floor facing Cape Town is a level above the rest.
