Welcome to our home LUXURYO, a beautifully modern house giving a luxurious feel of a home away from home. It is conveniently situated 750m away from the main street of Zeerust town (church street) and approximately 500m from Autumn Leaf Mall which offers restaurants, clothing stores, grocery store, banks, private clinic, hair and spa salons and a whole range of other necessity stores. Whether you are here for business, leisure or a bit of both, our home provides a luxurious feel and retreat. Space The unit size is a 123.5 sqm featuring a spacious living area with a sleek modern look furniture and a tasteful decor, giving an elegant, cosy and comfort feel. The open plan concept layout seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen and a dinning area. It provides spacious and social environment enough to fit you, your family and friends. The kitchen has a gas stove, electric stove oven, refrigerator, microwave and a washer. It has two spacious comfortable queen size bedrooms giving a restful sleep with one the bedrooms being an ensuite and the other with shared private bathroom.
