About this property
Situated within Makalali Private Game Reserve west of Kruger Park, aha Makalali Private Game Lodge offers accommodation in 2 lodges. This Big Five game reserve spreads over 26000 hectares. Guests have the option to stay at the River Lodge which comprises of private camps with plunge pools. Each suite at the camps has a timber viewing deck with vies over the Makhutswi River. Makalali's Main Lodge offers superior rooms with en suite bathrooms, indoor and outdoor shower. Meals are served on your private deck or in the dining lounge. Guests can also use this area to relax by the fireplace. Activities offered in the area include game drives, hot air balloon rides and visits to a cheetah breeding project. Flights can be arranged into Hoedspruit Airport and from here transfers can be organised. Gates to Makalali Private Game Reserve Close at 18:00
