This spacious open plan home is set on the banks of the newly built Spring Grove dam which is in the KZN Midlands. UNFORTUNATELY THE DAM IS NOT OPEN FOR PUBLIC USE-You might see neighbor's who own dam frontage on the dam, but we only rent out the house and NOT the use of the dam. The property has exceptional views overlooking the Giant and Drakensberg and is an ideal tranquil getaway on the Midlands Meander route. Please note that this is a quiet space for family and friends to enjoy the breath-taking scenery and unwind from city life. TWO UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS are LOFT STYLE and suitable for children and Teens. They share a bathroom with bath only-no shower, 1x Ensuite Main bedroom downstairs with bath and Shower Second bedroom downstairs ( NOT Ensuite) with shower only There is about 1.5Km of gravel from the main road to our home.
Tranquill Space-Home away from home Our House Keeper, Zama & Yachi, our groundman will receive you and help you settle in otherwise check in details will also be shared 2days prior to your arrival on the number you provide when making a booking. The cottage (which sleeps 4 -Midlands Cottage) is also on the property, but both homes are private and can be booked individually.
The Midlands in Kwa Zulu Natal is much like the rolling countryside of England... green pastures, undulating hills littered with local Nguni (cows) and many trout fishing dams.
