Property information

Situated in the family suburb of Lorraine, this lovely family home will tick all the blocks. Lovely sunny entertainment area with an indoor braai is the highlight of the property. Although fully walled off and private, the property is located on a pan handle subdivided plot. Uncapped internet and very safe area. The home is north facing that is very modern with all rooms leading onto a stretched patio

Neighbourhood information

Lorraine, is one of the fastest growing suburbs of the city. It sits to the west of the central business district, close to neighbouring suburbs of Kragga Kamma Park and Lovemore Heights, and south of the Kagga Kamma Road. There are many advantages to a stay in Lorraine, not least of which is a trip into the city centre and close proximity to Seaview and Sardinia Bay.
