The apartment is a modern self-catering apartment with direct access and view of Pollock beach in Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth. Outside there is a balcony with a barbeque facility with beautiful ocean views. The complex has a large swimming pool to be enjoyed. Feel at peace knowing the complex is surrounded by an electric fence and protected by security guards 24/7. There is 1 undercover parking available inside the complex reserved for the Apartment, with plenty visitors parking. The Apartment operates on a key-less system, allowing for check in flexibility. The apartment has Wi-Fi, board games for the leisure get-aways and reading material for the professional.

Summerstrand has plenty grocery stores, entertainment places, restaurants within walking distance. A hotel across the road from the property with lovely spa facilities Best way to travel on the ground is via Uber. There also buses and taxis, but mainly used by locals who stick to schedules. The complex is literally on the beach. What more could one ask for
