Mon Cheri Clarens is a self-catering guesthouse situated in the heart of the pituresque little art town, Clarens, with its superb location only 120m away from local attractions, while still offering peace and intimate relaxation on private patios with stunning mountain views. Mon Cheri Clarens features luxury self-catering units, each with undercover parking, private entrance, - garden and covered patio with weber braai. Our guesthouse is not affected by loadshedding thanks to our state-of-the-art solar energy system. Rooms 2&3 include a fireplace, large smart TV, DSTV Premium, WIFI, a safe, private bathroom with shower, "all you need" kitchen area with fridge, gas hob, convection microwave oven, tea & coffee bar, Nespresso, dining/or work space with luxury finishes throughout. Room 1 is a beautiful and luxurious room only option without a braai or hob. We offer top-quality Cloud 9 queen-sized beds, electric blankets, linen, towels, bathrobes & blankets with complimentary coffee's and amenities. Warmly welcomed by your friendly host, Mada, who will ensure you feeling right at home the moment you arrive.

Clarens is situated at the foothills of the Maluti mountains, which form part of the Drakensberg mountain range and is also known as the Jewel of the Eastern Free State. The area is recognized as one of the best trout fishing waters in South Africa. Clarens is a popular tourist destination with close to range nature inspired attractions including Golden Gate Highlands National Park, Afriski, Lesotho Highlands water project, Katse dam. Clarens hosts a number of exciting activities in and aroud town that cater for both the adventurous and those looking to put their feet up for a relaxing break, which include restaurants, art galleries, hiking trails, mountain biking, white river rafting, horseback riding, day spa's, fishing, golf and hot air balloon rides.
