This property boast 4 double bedrooms plus a separate apartment which has been tastefully decorated it has fantastic ocean views and offers a conference center on request The security is good and is centrally situated close to hospitals shopping centers beaches golf courses The property has good wifi and has its own rain water back up tanks It has a brand new fitted kitchen with gas hob The houst has recently had a major renovation

Neighbourhood information

The property is centrally situated and offers many nearby attractions there are three golf courses less than 10 minutes away The city offers some good restaurants, something for all tastes. There is deep sea excursions for dolphin/whale watching. The Nelson Mandela Bay Metro staduim is less than ten minutes away. The famous Addo Elephant Park which is world renowned for its big five and large herds of elephants is a mere half an hours drive away
