Property information

Mauya Cottage is a private granny flat located on the owner's property which is situated in a leafy and quiet suburb called Mabille Park. The flat is decorated with earthy colors with an African subtle theme. the kitchen has a fridge, electric jug as well as a microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. A separate entrance with a locked gate includes one parking spot.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is very quiet and people are seen dog walking or jogging.We are centrally located as we are 15 minutes from the airport. Easy accessibility to the Cape Winelands and popular malls also close to the main highways linked by R300 which is just a couple of streets away.
